EVENT PARKING:
RTD is not responsible for your vehicle, should it be towed. If your vehicle blocks the race, residences, businesses, or is otherwise illegally parked, it will be towed at your expense. Please use Banks Lake Park, located at the end of North Dam, adjacent to the vendor fair, and the shuttle to avoid any parking violations. Parking at the Casino or Harvest Foods is for short-term, paying customers only.

PLEASE NOTE: Banks Lake Park, located at the end of North Dam, is situated just west of the intersection of Highway 174 and 155, between Grand Coulee and Electric City. This is where the finish line will be. The area’s annual Harvest Festival is also held in Banks Lake Park on the same weekend as Run the Dam. We recommend you park your vehicles at Banks Lake Park.

COURSE CUT-OFF TIMES:
Cut-off times for race support will be enforced for all half-marathon participants. Cut-off times for all races will be 12:00 PM. Please familiarize yourself with the course. Take a close look at the course maps and other information. It is your responsibility to KNOW THE COURSE!

PACKET PICKUP INFORMATION:
Packet pickup will happen at Banks Lake Park on Friday, September 15, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 AM.

START AREA CHECK IN:
WE RECOMMEND NOT WAITING AROUND THE START EARLIER THAT 8:00AM. IT WILL BE A LITTLE EARLIER IF YOU TAKE THE EARLY SHUTTLE. BE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR WRIST BAND ON YOUR WRIST BEFORE LINING UP TO START. THE EYE IN THE SKY MUST SEE YOUR WRIST BAND FOR SECURE ACCESS TO THE DAM. TOTE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR CLOTHING TRANSPORT FROM THE START BACK TO THE FINISH.

SECURITY BANDS:
ALL ATHLETES WILL BE ISSUED A SECURITY WRISTBAND THAT MUST BE USED TO ACCESS THE DAM AREA. NON-PARTICIPANTS AND/OR ANYONE NOT WEARING A SECURITY WRISTBAND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ONTO THE DAM.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of the multi-sport and running business, many of our expenses need to be paid up front to reserve venues and receive permits. It is therefore not possible for us to provide refunds on registrations unless Run the Dam is forced to cancel a race. In the unlikely event that the race is canceled, we will provide a full refund (minus any registration service fees such as eventbrite.com charges). We will do our absolute best to never have to cancel a race.
